With economics research and knowledge being generated at a breakneck speed, there would be a commensurate need for a digital platform. Disseminating such research and knowledge to wider audience is critical from 2 standpoints. Firstly, there is an appetite for it from a growing educated population in India and globally. Second, it is relevant, even more so, for the experts too. Voicing out the concerns coming from research employing the latest tools and techniques and one that has taken into consideration all the sides of the picture is critical for prudent policy making in a democratic market-based economy such as India. 

Aspiring economists when given the opportunity to voice out what they feel is important, which is coming from their research, also become an important stakeholder of the growth process of what is soon to be the third largest economy by the end of this decade. The spillover effect of such discussions should have positive consequences in identifying the appropriate policy response to economic challenges facing India.
